How to test duplicator ink

1. Smell

Stylo ink: pleasant smell

Other ink: Kerosene odor, thrill and rotten

2. Appearance:

Stylo ink: black shine, fine, uniform, smooth like a mirror.

Other ink: not smooth, impurity, air bubble, crude surface.

3. Fluidity: stirring ink with a little stick.

Stylo ink: stand and soft without flow, not hard up.

Other ink: too thin or too hard.

4. Performance on paper: scrape a little ink on paper.（compared the same shape of original and other ink on the same sheet of paper.）

5. Stability: Test method: the ink is cooled to -20℃ for 24 hours and then heated to 60℃ for 24 hours, alternately, in a cup.

Stylo ink: the ink is the same as beginning.

Other ink: watering(leaking), crude appearance, oily, becoming too thick or too thin.

6. Combustibility: to take a little ink to burn.

Stylo ink: small voice and continuous burning.

Other ink: clapping, exploding, incomplete burning, containing too much water will rust the machines
